Great looking and well-maintained place, we felt safe!

The hotel was fairly clean, staff was very amiable and respectful. The free parking was at the entrance, good service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The location was marvellous, right by a very nice restaurant as well as the bus terminals and airport. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

Excellent place for exploring Durango. Family-friendly hotel in a beautiful area of Durango. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Everything was simply good. The rooms were a nice size with free Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly and respectful and had a sense of humour.

Hotel Victoria Express was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. The beds were great and the staff was nice. The price was amazing! We felt safe with the security at the entrance of the parking lot. The pool looked wonderful, even though we didn't get a chance to use it. The free breakfast at the restaurant next door was served in a lovely setting. And to top it off, they even greeted us with a cupcake and milk for merienda! 100% recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly, so I will be back. Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this family-friendly hotel. The venue was in an unbeatable location just off a very nice restaurant and airport and Mexico. Also, stayed near many attractions within 10 mins on foot from Magnolia Galeria.

The hotel was fairly clean with a good restaurant. The room was impressive and the personnel was really helpful. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, the property was situated at a medium distance from Magnolia Galeria.

I had a really great stay here and will be back. The rooms were impressive, the pool was great, luxurious place. Most of the staff were very, very nice. I appreciated the room, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was a marvellous location close enough to the bus terminals and the nice colocated restaurant and Durango.

My stay at Hotel Victoria Express was wonderful! The property was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool and grounds were well-maintained and the water pressure in the showers was excellent. The staff were friendly and provided great service. I felt secure knowing there was vehicle security in the parking lot. The WiFi was reliable and the continental breakfast, although limited, was sufficient. I would recommend this hotel.

The location was comfy, in the middle of jackson, in the beautiful area. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to Santo Domingo Savio.

Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff, great price. Secure parking with onsite security. Good Wi-Fi and complimentary beverage and pastry in the evening. Enclosed swimming pool, excellent breakfast restaurant nearby. Reception needs friendlier staff. A pleasant stay overall.
